Hi all,
We are planning to file I-130 for my parents who are currently in India. They also have a visitors visa that expires Oct of this year and we do plan to get them to the US sometime in April/May time frame. Do you recommend we get them on Visa to the US and then file their I-130 so that finger printing and other processes get easy or should they go through that process while living in India?
