A bit confused.....I am a citizen and recently got married and would like to file for my husband to obtain permanent residence here in the U.S. He has resided in the US for around 7years and had a work permit but it expired...Do we need to file the 130...he lives in the US...or do we do the 485....or are both forms needed? A bit confusing....I also saw a I 824 form as well...We dont want to fill out too little or not enough forms. Please help...thanks in advance
