i 130 for spouse,nned urgent advise please

i filed for my husband who is in India in 2007 September and it took up to January 07 2008 to get a receipt notice from VSC because of some backlog,then on january 04 2010 it got transferred to NBC then to a local office .by march 30th 2010 my case was already out of processing time as per VSC.i called uscis and they told me to waite for 60 days ,now it is already 45 days and as far as i know if i am going to get anything i should get it in 30days of calling the uscis.anyway i got my citizen ship in april 15 th 2010 and i called to upgrade my petition,still no words on my petition.my friends who filed as an LPR for their spouse received the approval and NVC laready started processing their case as spouse of LPR.I DON;'T KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO.I FEEL MISERABLE.i thought i have some some hope when i get my citizenship but ...

what should i do

To get the receipt notice from USCIS takes only 14 days after file. But yours one is delayed. All approval file from USCIS goes to NVC not any local office and NVC will take necessay fees and all sorts of documents to complete your case. And then forward it to Embassy when your priority date bacome current. Actually you need not to upgrade your case but you can. Your case is current as per your filing date. I think if you eligible with all docs then your interview will be within 2/3 months. Did you call NVC? Or do you have your case no. from NVC?

thanks for your reply.no my case is not transferred to NVC,its not approved yet.when ever i call uscis they ask me to wait and its under process.but its already out of processing time

i received my g325 a back to fill it up again,it is strange because my fried looked at mine and filled her about the same and hers is approved and mine came back,does anybody know how long it is goin to get it approved after RFE.i filed i 130 for spouse in jan 2008 when i was an LPR and now i am a citizen,my case was transferred from vermont to nbc to local office,i don't know why
