I filled a petition for my husband, and he has two children from a previous marriage, and they are included on the NVC CEAC, but they will not come to the United States with him now or in the future.
I've changed their status to "Follow to join", but I'm not sure if I need to pay the DS-260 fees for them or not.
I don't want to stop the process at this point. We've already filled the DS-260 for my husband, and all civil documents were submitted.
