I-130 was originally filed with california service center under category F2A and PD was June 2019. I recently received transfer notice that my case transferred from California service center (CSC) to Nebraska service center (NSC). I don't understand that when the processing time of CSC is earlier than NSC than what is the point in transferring my case from CSC to NSC. Ok Now my receipt starts with the WAC and at present case is with NSC, than how to check processing time whether it is as per CSC or NSC?. I will happy if any body has the same situation and can give some clarification on issue. Request viewers reply.

Sometimes USCIS transfers filings, either because the agency is trying to balance workloads, or because under existing procedures more than one USCIS office is responsible for processing the particular filing. If USCIS has issued a transfer notice, then the “case inquiry date” for the office that received the filing applies.
