          hi there,

I appreciate all your inputs and Thank God that I have my interview on April 26, 2011 8:30 AM.

I just need some advice and help with my documents that made me confused a bit, all my documents shows complete based on the Document status description, the only thing that I dont have is the Affidavit of Support , should I also ask for it from my petitioner?

Also, I haven't started doing my medical exam, can you please tell me on what to bring to the Medical exam, and what are the tips like do's don't should I remember. Thank you very much in advance.

I have all the copies of the document my petitioner submitted to NVC in my case its my wife so dont have any problem she send me all the copies of the document and so i have Affidavit of Support and all the supporting documents submitted with it ... what i read and i got it from the website of my country is that u just have to call hospitals which are appointed for your country and they will guide you what to bring and how to come and give you the appointment for the same... for medical you have to approach the hospital and get it done....... in my country we have to go to VFS office and show them the document and pay the fees from the tenth day remain from the interview to seventh day and this reciept of fees, medical report and passport with interview letter we have to bring at the day of interview..... check your country sites ..... all the information is clear there....... and all the best........ and pray for us........

We're on the same situation. my PD is march 2010, and my case was completed last january 2011. but due to retrogression all i can do now is to WAIT until my PD is current or wait until my husband's application for citizenship is approved ( he just filed last month), and my case be upgraded to IR1 category..

thanks for reply. i think my petitioner notified the NVC before.
what will happen if i turned 21. does it take years when visa is readily available.

What if it says " The applicant's name has been placed on the list of documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers under the numerical limitations prescribed by statute." I inquire to NVC after submitting DS-230 forms with all the supporting documents i get above quoted reply what does that means

                              • Just the thread I was looking for. New member here. Hi to all.

I'm a PR sponsoring my spouse. Priority date is Nov 1, 2010. I-130 has been approved and paid Affidavit of support fee and the cover sheet is available to print. Also, sent the Agent selection letter.

Question: Do I have to wait for the NVC to tell me when to send the Affidavit of support and supporting documents or can I do that proactively? Also, can I send it online (email/upload as pdf file)? Any help is appreciated.

By the way, we didn't receive any letter in mail from NVC. The communication to pay Affidavit of support fee and agent choice were received by email. Don't they send any paper document any more?

                                Thanks.

                                Keep your hopes high.
