Priority date nov 2010

my priority date is nov 2010 and in march 2011 i have my i130 approved after That the process with nvc was begening and all fees are paid (SOS and visa fees) now i prepared ds 230 and all other document to send them to nvc .( nvc ask us to send them this doc) . My kestion is : is that mean that after I send this doc Nvc will schedul the interview or should I wait for a lpng time( years) to be scheduled for the interview ( my country is Algeria )

My petition for my wife(F2A) has been approved in this may 2011 ...my priority date is dec 2010..Now my question is how much time NVC vl take to give me a file number??? can anyone tell me...because my case has been approved from uscis and sent to nvc for processing....

So I called USCIS and they told me I'll be notified within 30 days about whats going on with my file. I haven't received an I-130 approval yet and I'm afraid they might have misplaced my file or something worse.
Do they usually get back within 30 days?

Visjig are you waiting for your PD to become current? You had your interview already, correct?

you get your letter with priority date in that you get the file no. there is no. long start with three alphabet that is ur case no........

Currently, this case cannot be reviewed for applicability of the Child
Status Protection Act (CSPA), as there is no visa number available
according to this case's priority date and visa category.

The applicant's name has been placed on the list of documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers under the numerical limitations prescribed by statute. The designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified of an appointment date as soon as the numbers have been received. The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

My PD is 2 FEB 2009 where did you get this case completion date from.... i did not get any such things.... i wrote them few times and they just say me that my case is in case completion list and soon you will get call from your embassy... but if i want to know the case completion date what should i do did they send you a letter that your case is completed on this date....

You can call NVC @ 603-334-0700 to find if your case is completed .
