Good so you submitted DS-230 and the I-864 one month ago. If they need anything else like any missing document they will contact you soon. If not then I'd suggest from my personal experience that you'll hear straight about medical & interview. Wait exactly 6 weeks then call them up.

I have paid the AOS fee bill and IV visa Fee online and status showed paid, what should i do next?? can i download the AOS form and DS-230 and mail to NVC

You are correct. Now it is time to fill and send AOS and DS-230 with all the relavent documents.

F2a (Case Completed)

Hello Visjig, I got my case completed last Sept 2 2010 (f2a). MY PD is April 2008. Just now waiting for medical and interview schedule. Any of you guys have any idea how long do i Have to wait to have my family get schedule?

To answer this question first tell me what date did you send your DS-230 and AoS forms to NVC. It takes 4-6 weeks since that time for the NVC to inform you about your medical and interview considering that all your DS-230 and AoS forms & associated documents were okay.

I am waiting on a first response from NVC as well. I am F2A case and my PD is March 22,2010. I got my petition approved on Sept. 13, 2010. I called NVC and they said it takes 6 to 8 weeks to enter the approval into their system. So, we will just have to wait and hope that it will not take that long for them to contact us.
