Hello,
I met with a lawyer who told me all I could do for my mom is apply for a defensive I-130. He didn't do a good job at explaining what it was. I am still on the fence if I should do that or just wait. Has anyone else heard of this defensive I-130, if so what is it and how does it help my mom.
