USC Sponsoring Mother for GC

I am a USC planning on sponsoring my mother, however i am not sure what forms to fill out besides I -130. Can anyone please advise me on the steps you took and which forms should be filled Also would it be easier to do a AOS while she is visiting me? as as she plans on visiting me to see our new born. Since she will be on a B1/B2 would it be easier for her to do an AOS by filling out an I 485 concurrently?

I-130 is the main form. You will send supporting documents though. For mom, you need birth certification.
If she is in US, AOS will a better option. While I have heard consular processing in India may be faster, changing the status here in the states will be most convenient for your mom and you.
