DS230 Cn send directly by Beneficiary?

i'm the Beneficiary of F2B petition filed my father.He is the choice of agent.I'm in india,can i dwnload DS230 Cover Sheet and ds230 and send directly to NVC?. or i hv to send all to my father??..let me know wht i have to do?

It's up to you. It's better always send any document to NVC through petitioner or any agent (if you choose). United States Postal Service is reliable then others.
