was petitioning my husband when i got sick and lost my job, with no income i felt i could not afford to petition him at the moment so i just didnt send in the next papers, but now that i am back on my feet i would like to continue his petition but the thing is i dont know where to pick up from. i lost the papers when my basement flooded, so i dont have the reciept number, i dont know how to check on the status of the case,
so my question is, can i start from the begining again without problem?
