Time Extent of F4 visa

hi frds,

I m Engg. student and live in India.. my aunt did sponsor F4 visa to us and we filed it it in sept 2000. now that file is going to open..
as i m in engg. I don't want to leave my study to go there... i'have already done two years of engg. and the main problem is that i need 2 more year to complete it .
i think this whole process till last visa call will take min of 6 months .

Noe, iI want to ask u is
can I apply for some time extent till i complete my study here..
i m already of 19 and i've 2 more years to become 21.

is there anyway so that i dnt have to leave my study and though i can get F4 visa...
plz reply me as soon as possible ..
i m so much confused.. what to do...?????/

You need to go through the green card process now, then go to the U.S., apply for reentry permit and go back to India, finish your studies and then go to the U.S. to live there.

Yup.
I thought the same thing..
bu i don't know how much time it will take to get green card and permit to come back to India...

I also teach the students that means I take tut tution also..
though it doesn't matter that much i just want to know the max. and min, time period to come back after going there..
one more question is that
Isn't there anyway to get the time period till I complete my study here.
so that i've to go to US only once...

ok..
that means I have to go there for green card process...
i'll go.
now the thing is how much time it will take to get green card there..
is it possible to apply for permit before gettin green card..
and one more thing is that I want to go there in next summer
so how can i do that..
can i come to india after gettin green card for a week or so without that permit..
because i may have exam at tht time..
in a week I may complete my exams and go back to US to get the permit for completing my study...
and how the whole process is done?

i want to inquire that i have got f4 us visa and i am leaving for usa on 21 june2011 but due to to certain reasons i have to come back pakistan to sort out some issue.can i get re-entry permit within a week after my entry into usa.
