I am US Citizen since 2005. I am getting married to someone in India. She is born citizen in India. She has never been to US.

My question is once I get married later this year in India what should be the best/easiest/quickest way to get her to USA?

Do I need to apply in India? What are the requirement for that? Do I need to stay 60-days in India to get her to USA along with me ?

or
Do I need to apply in USA once I come back after getting married ?

How long the process approx. takes in either case?

best and quickest way to get her if Fiancé visa.
while she's in here go to city hall and get married...file I-130 and I-485....etc documents.

it she can't get Fiancé visa..then the long way...is to file in india.
