I130 check cashed a month ago but still didnt get receipt number

Hello everyone,

We sent together I130, I485, I765 and I131 end of January to Chicago lockbox. They cashed checks on February 28 (including 535$ check for form i130) and we got receipts numbers beginning of March for i485, i765 and i131 but not yet for I130. How long shoud we wait for it? Is anyone in similar situation or had similar situation? I completed my biometrics on March 15. Should we be worried and how can we find out why we still didnt get receipt for i130? The receipt letters usually arrive together. However, if you don't get them in another 2-4 weeks, you can reach out to the USCIS and request an update. In all likelihood the case is fine because they've cashed your check. they normally don't cash checks until they've accepted your case. So, hopefully it's just a mailing delay and nothing serious.

Thank you so much for your kind and helpful response. Yeah, I will wait two more weeks and if we dont get it by then will call them. I can’t believe how stressful is this and it’s just beginning of the process.
