According to https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ between 9 and 16 months depending if your case is in Nebraska or Potomac Service Center (601a). 601 is 6-8 months in Nebraska only.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
