Parent to a USA citizen 15-year girl

Does anybody have any idea to help this parent to get legal residency at USA? Our teenager born in USA and has type-1 diabetes.She lives with us and we all seek immigration to USA. Appreciate any feedback

She can petition her parents when she is 21 years old, most likely will need a sponsor too.

Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
