hi guys, along with ds230 we are required to submit civil documents right? I got a passport and it will expire on nov 2010, I'm on the process of renewing it but in the Philippines you have to wait for another month approx first wk of July in order for them to process it.
My question is, can I just send a copy of my old one and as soon as the release of the new one, i'll just forward it to the NVC??? Is that possible? And will it hinder my processing date??? Pls reply. thanks
