I-130 Approved too early for F3 than the usual wait

Hi,

My I-130 got approved in exact 5 years whereas it should have taken around 10 years. I am currently waiting for letter from NVC which should arrive in a week's time.
However, the Priority date is way behind 7 years than what it is being processed currently by NVC.

Will I have to wait that long for my Priority date to become current?

Can I file for an adjustment once my documents are reviewed by NVC and pre-pone my priority date?

You need to wait until a visa number is available for your priority date before you can immigrate.

Going by the current priority date, it may be another few years I guess
