Payment with credit card

I saw from the USCIS website that we can make payment with credit card. Has anyone done this? Was there any trouble? Is it better to do money order instead of credit card?

Yes, I have done it. There is no problem at all; just make sure you fill in the G-1450 form correctly and sign it and put it on top of your petition. The money order will cost you more money to get done from the bank. I say better to use a credit card or check if you have.

I think it is safer to do the money order because I do not think credit card is safe. Not sure if they even take credit card on USCIS website. Be careful it may be not legitimate.

On one of my applications, I paid with a credit card. No trouble at all and easier to see when they take the money.

There are better solutions for online payments than your credit card. I use different payment system when I deal with online payments and I feel much better and safer because of it. You never know who can get the info from your credit card when you make online purchases. I use Neteller for all my payments.
