Supporting Documents

I am a Petitioner and I am having trouble uploading documents to the CEAC website, which I need to do before my case will be forwarded to the Consulate in Montreal, who will schedule my husband's interview. I am getting an error message whenever I try and upload any of the documents. I think the problem is on NVC's end, rather than mine. Has anyone else experience this?

Where you specifically told to upload them on your I 797 or are you supposed to mail them?
I know there are different ways they allow you to send documents.
I would
A: Call them and let them know the issue your having, (call later in the evening the call volume is less) and verify if you can submit them on CEAC, I had to mail everything and only used CEAC for payment and setting up the interview.
