I-130 Petition
Hi All,
I filled the I-130 petition for my spouse but got a RFE regarding the marriage certificate. I have a marriage certificate in English from Govt. of India. But, RFE is asking for submission of the marriage certificate in a native language. I do not have a marriage certificate in a native language. Can anyone please advise how can I resolve this RFE or does anyone has the same RFE? Thank you in advance!
