I am US citizen and I have applied for my mother who is in India and got i-130 approved this month.
I received RFE for i-130 as my birth certificate was registered late and they weren't satisfied with school certificate as secondary evidence. ( I successfully replied and got approved after sending affidavits )
when I apply to NVC, would they also require 2 affidavits for late registration of my mother's birth certificate in addition to the school certificate ?
