I am a US citizen and would like to submit an i130 for my mother, however she is in the middle of a divorce (not my biological father) and she doesn't know how long will it take to finalize it. She will also change her last name once the divorce is finalized. Will there be any issues with changing/updating her last name while i130 is pending and what is the process? Thank you
