Name spelled different in passport and birth certificate
Hi,
I'm planning to apply for GC for my Mom (Family based). She got her birth certificate, where her mom's name is spelled as LAKSHMI and in passport it is spelled as LAXMI. As you know, it is a long process in India to get it corrected on the birth certificate and also My Mom is coming here next week. Is this a problem when I apply for GC for my Mom? If so, how can I rectify this problem?
