I am currently in the US with a F1 visa which expires in oct 2021. My dad (permanent resident) applied for an I-130 for me under F2B category (I am over 21)

My question is how long does it takes to get I-130 approved? since I have a friend (his receipt date april 2019) under the same conditions than me and his I-130 got approved march 2020. I am concerned that my F1 will expire before my I-130 getting approved.
