Maiden name OR New name, on marriage certificate for I-130?

Hello,
I want to apply for my wife's U.S. immigration. I am a green card holder and my wife is a Pakistani resident. In that case, what procedure do i need to follow? & What are the documents required?
Also, in case of the name change after marriage, the marriage certificate will have her new name or the old one? or what would be the proof for name change?

Once you were married and her name was changed, her new name legally changed to the married name. Use your marriage certificate as legal proof of name change.
