GR Holder bring family member

Hello,

I am GR NIW holder and currently located in US.
My daughter 14 yo is in another Country but she wants to move to US to finish High School in here.
What is the best way for me to apply Family Based GR for her?
Is this possible to do while she is in other Country or I need to do B type of visa and adjust her status while she is in US.

Also taking into account COVID breakout it is almost impossible to do B type of visa.
So any help in getting this sorted out remotely is appreciated.

If she was born before you got your green card, she can immigrate as your derivative beneficiary, without you needing to petition her separately. She should not enter the US with B visa with intention to do AOS during that stay. So she should do Consular Processing abroad.
