regarding greencard application

hi , my husband is indian citizen and is on h1-b visa . i am nepalese citizen and came with my husband to usa on h4. his company has applied for greencard 2 yrs ago and the waiting time is still very long. can we apply through my nepalese citizen being my husband as primary aplicant ? is there any other way where my nepalsese citizenship can be used to get greencard faster? please help..

You can use cross country chargeability. However, it will be little bit faster, not much.
