I need to file 1-130 for my father but don't have an official birth certificate. I have a signed letter from Indian consulate with witnesses, hospital of birth certificate and high school certificate with birth date that I had used for my green card and citizenship. Will these work for I-130? If not, what are my options? Any help is appreciated!
