Can I make an expedite request by the reasons for political persecution?
Hi everyone,
I'm wondering can I to do an expedite for my case, and I already filed I-130 last September.
Recently, there’s National Security Law in Hong Kong going to effective at the end of June, according to newspaper reports. A lot of people in Hong Kong, including me, worried about being suppressed by the government and depriving human rights because of my political opinions... like re-education camps in Xinjiang.☹️
Is this a humanitarian reason?
