I am US resident, I got my GC 1 year ago, my husband is US citizen and my question is if he can be my son's sponsor in order to bring my son to US, he is separated from his wife (no divorced) 29 years old and lives in Mexico his daugther born in US, please help I would like he comes lo live with us due to the bad situation is happening there (Juarez, Chihuahua).
