I am usa citizen since 2005. sponsored for daughter family 4 members in 2008. Current age 45, 39, 18 and 16. yesterday received letter shes approved . whats next step. what forms to apply. how much for all 4 $Visa fees. I am 75 year old retired now. if I apply now when is the interview month will be on a average. ( my grand daughter in 1st year college. Grand son 11th grade.
