I've studied and worked in the US legally for over 20 years now. I am applying for a marriage based green card through my husband now and we are planning on filing the paperwork on our own. I am confused about how far back I should go in terms of providing documents such as visas, work permits, travel history etc? Could any of you pls advise if the last 5 yrs of documentary evidence would suffice or should I go all the way to my first visa?
