Hello, my wife and I are US citizens. My wife’s parents are here in US on Visiting visa and we applied immigration Visa for them
We sent I 130 and I 485 concurrently with all the supporting documents. They already been though the interview process and all that. Their I 130 was approved and I 485 is pending.
We have applied in Sep 18th 2009. We had to provide some additional documents in between the applied date and the interview.
My question is, how long will it take to get approval for I 485? Also, my in-laws need to visit India for couple of months and planning on applying for I 131 advanced parole?? Is this advisable??? Please let me know.
