Hello, I have applied for green card for my parents in June 2019. My mothers was approved 10 days ago. But my father got RFE asking for a copy of marriage certificate. but he does not have one. what should we do? I see some one suggesting marriage affidavit to be made now and send it? will it be valid? can some one share the template for the affidavit please? Also how soon my mother has to come to USA once she receives green card? Thank you in advance.
