BiA waiting for 13 months

We have been waiting for BIA appeal for denied I130 for 13 months.My attorney filled its and then disappeared. To make the case worse, USCIS listed my attorney name as a petitioner ( my mom son) . I am not able to reach my attorney for a year and don't have A number order to check a status of case on BIA wenside. I only have my USCIS appeal number that I can use while checking on USCIS website. It has been 3 years since we filled I130 initially.
it has been a nightmare for our entire family!
Please please advise! My mother is her 70s.
