what is the next step after I-130 approval for family based green card

Hi,

I am an U.S citizen and filed a petition (I-130) for my sister, i received an approval letter (I-797) few days ago. need to know what is the next step ?. do i have to submit another form or does my sister need to submit any information ?

The category preference for your sister is Family 4th aka F4.

On the NOTICE OF APPROVAL there must be a Priority date assigned. Check that priority date against the visa cut off dates in the latest visa bulletins here:-

There is nothing to be submitted unless the USCIS or the NVC or the local embassy ask for it.
