Two I-485 case?

I have filed my I-485 by employment base GC in 2007, but due to the unavailability of visas, my I-485 is still pending.
Two month ago I married a US citizen and I like to pursue my GC through him. Do I need to inform USCIS to drop the previous case or can I file my new I-485 simultaneously?
Also, if I have to drop my employment base I-485, do I need to quit my current job till I receive the new EAD?
in new I-765, what would be my current status? (Question 15) (pls note H1B expired now)
