I am a beneficiary spouse of a I-130 under 204l my ex spouse passed away (4) years ago while my I-130 was pending I hired (2) different Attorneys that lapsed my case and took my money.My case was revoked life went on. I met someone that I fell in love with and he submitted a I-130 for me. Today I received an email from USCIS stating that Case approval was reaffirmed and mailed back to the Department of State.So I have (2) pending cases now. I am not sure what I should do and not sure how it was reaffirmed. Can I continue with the first case or do I need to cancel it and continue with my spouse's petition? Thanks for any suggestions
