Hello guys,
My family have been in the US since August 2018 since coming from India, but I was originally born in the US. I am 23, just finished masters and am looking to sponsor my dad's greencard. I was a student for the last two years and have one year's tax return from student worker positions and TAs. My father also has two years tax returns, and has been earning consistently since he came here on L1 in 2018.
My questions:
1. Can we file for greencard with only two years' tax returns for my dad?
2. If I get a co-sponsor and they have multiple year's tax returns (> 3), will that be enough?
