  • I-864 question (sponsoring both parents)

I am sponsoring both my parents and submitting separate I-130s for them.
Pls help me how I should answer question 2 in Part 3. on the I-864. Should I submit separate I-864s also?

Yes, you need to submit separate I-864s. The way you have shown is correct already. You should not check the box in #2 or #3, because there are no derivative beneficiaries on each petition.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
