Hi everybody.
I want to ask everybody how did your experience go with either way of obtaining the green card, which one takes less time?
I assume any K-# is fiance related, which isn't what I have in mind, so either IR-1 or CR-1.
My (future) spouse will be coming into the USA via another type of Visa without me sponsoring her. That said, I'm confused as to whether I'd have to file a IR-1/CR-1 to petition for a visa before filing the I-485 for adjustment of status, according to https://www.immihelp.com/immigrant-v...priority-date/ or I can just skip straight to I-485?
