Once our kids turn 21 ..
I have applied for the F4 sibling green card 10 yrs back. Now it is moving very slowly because of the country cap. If my son crosses 21 yrs, will he be out of the green card process? Can anyone advise on this.

I got the answer for Age out kids, I need to apply CSPA. This will save for some extend. -
You don't apply CSPA, in some situations the children qualify for CSPA but not all categories and it has several requirements.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

Thank you for your reply. Now my son's age is 14. We are still have 7 yrs to go for 21 (Age out). Now I am currently in the USA (H1B visa), but he is currently in India. Is there any way to cover him? Thanks in advance.Comment
