I-130 date is going to be current

On I-797C (in response to I-130 Permanent resident filling for a spouse) RECEIVED DATE is February 2008

The same is going to be current date in next month.
My I-130 is still in initial review stage.

1. What will be our next step?

2. Can we file I-485 for the adjustment of status..if yes when do we need to send it to USCIS Office.

3. Do we need to file I-765 also, if yes when can we file that?

Please help me.

3. If you need the work permit, you file it. Otherwise, don't. You can file along with I-485 or afterwords.

Can I file I-485 because of current date...? or just I need to wait for approval of I-130 (even if my I-130 date is current) and then file I-485.

You mention that RECEIVED DATE is Feb 2008 but the important date is the PRIORITY DATE. What is your priority date as on the Notice of Action.
