Iam a US Citizen and I filed I130 petition for my wife and interview got scheduled too. Regarding the Tax filing I did submit an extension for 2009 tax filing which will be valid till October 15, 2010. My Question is if Immigration Officer asks fo 2009 tax return in the interview , will they accept the extension or do I need to submit the Tax return before the interview. Please advice. Thanks.
