F4 question, Priority date April 2001

Hi all,

I have filled petition for my brother in India. Priority date is April 2001. Normally, people receive DS230 and affidavit of support forms about six months in advance. I or my Brother haven't received anything yet.

Anyone with dates around these period got their forms?
