130/485 concurrent Check not cashed . No notification. Please help

07/20/2020 mailed (initial 130. 485. ead. Ap)
07/21/2020 UPS package received by uscis lockbox Chicago (signed)
08/19 no notification in any format. Checks not cashed yet.
08/11-18 two Emails sent to Lockbox asking for case update, not heard back yet
08/19 Call made to the USCIS, was told that I shall call back in the following week, they didn’t find anything about my case yet.

To my understanding, this is something unusual. It’s over 30 days. Would someone give me some suggestion and advice?

I’m sure everything Including the check amounts sent properly

Highly appreciate it!! !! Have the cases handlers slowly recently?? What else can I do at the moment?

Yes, it appears to be too long. Mine was delivered the same day as yours but things have progressed since then.
I'd call them again Monday. I'm not sure how long its ok to wait before seriously considering the application as misplaced and re-filing.
Forum members might have other suggestions.

Thank u so much for giving the case progress. I will call uscis Monday first thing to open an investigation. Until today, checks are still not cashed yet (08/21) and no response via email from the Lockbox.

Medical exam report is going to expire soon Too.
