Hi,
I am a US citizen who got married recently. We are now applying for a green card for my spouse. My spouse is on a nonimmigrant F-1 visa, and he is currently in the US. USCIS permits me to file the I-130 online, but it requires my spouse to submit paper applications for the I-485 (as well as the supplement to I-130, known as I-130a). My question is: if we want to file concurrently, do I have to submit a paper copy of the I-130? Is there a way to file concurrently while still completing the I-130 online?
Thanks!
