Hi,
I am in the process of compiling the documents and just cant seem to figure out the fees for the forms I need to submit.
1) According to USCIS, the $1010 includes fees for I-485, I-130, 131 and 765(EAD). Is that all?
2) They also say that biometric fee is separate, to whom and how it should be sent ?
3) If I dont want to file 131, do I get to pay less?
4) Should I pay separate for 485 and 131 or together in one check/money order?
5) Do people usually send Personal Checks or Money Order? I thought money order can be up to 1000.
